I thought I had a reasonable cocktail vocabulary, but these posts are like reading another language. The forgotten romance language.
ReplyDeleteI have never even heard of Falernum, but (after googling) it sounds divine! Besides, how could I turn down a drink that is Rum, other things, shame?
ReplyDeleteThat description was what got me to order the cocktail.
DeleteCould I substitute whisky (or whiskey) for the rye in the Boulvardier?
ReplyDeleteI don't know. I always think experimentation is a good thing! The Boulvardier itself is a Negroni with rye instead of gin.
