121/365/Food in 55/Donuts

I keep thinking I still like donuts. When we were teenagers, my sister and I could split a dozen in a sitting (me four, she eight). They have to be the cake kind, not fluffy. Now when I get a donut, they disappoint, and I feel, well, off afterward. I think it might be over.

  2. Hmm, I think I still like donuts, but choose to not eat them. I only eat apple cider donuts though, on the rare occasions I find them.

    1. Dona, I almost mentioned apple cider donuts, because I still go to my friends' orchard for my annual one or two. They are better.

  3. I hardly ever have donuts. Donut stalls are only just starting to make an appearance here in NZ. But I have fond memories of Dunkin' Donuts in Bangkok when I was 17.

  4. I'm a fan of hot Krispie Creme donuts. They are like crack, yes. No redeeming characteristics.
